运行DBCA出错问题已解决，应该是软件包不全的缘故，安装了需要的软件包，卸载了以前的安装，重新安装过程中虽然出了一些错误，最终还是安装成功了
总结：需要的RPM包大多在安装盘里有，应该首先查找安装盘，（哎网上找安装包够辛苦的....）,安装盘没有的可以到网上下载，最好是官方的网站。
不要轻易放弃你坚持的事，多总结经验教训，成功只是早晚的事
