不能删除历史归档日志。
RMAN-08137: WARNING: archived log not deleted, needed for standby or upstream capture process
RMAN-08515: archived log file name=+ARCHDG/hdoms/archivelog/2011_06_10/thread_1_seq_1000.1476.753488759 thread=1 sequence=1000
删除DataGuard的配置
或者
删除Streams的配置可解决
清除Streams配置
select status from dba_capture
select status from dba_propagation
select status from dba_apply
