在项目中使用xml配置文件存储信息 - JAVA

在项目中经常会使用一些系统级的配置信息，那这写信息以什么方式存储，又是一什么放方式读取的。在这里只是简单讨论一下使用xml文件存储的方式。
近期项目要求编写同一的文件上传路径，并提供可修改的配置接口。这里我使用的是xml文件配置方式。代码如下：
